That is what the professionals of the Escola Técnica Superior de Arquitectura (ETSA) of A Coruña who devised the project entitled A vila do mañá believe. A work that has been recognized in the XIII edition of the Ibero-American Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism, in the category of pedagogy. Here it has prevailed over 879 projects.

The Vigo neighborhood of Coia is now among the unique and notable urban and architectural achievements in the world. The Ibero-American Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism, organized in this edition in Lima (Peru), has awarded the project of commitment to its urban configuration, history and potential carried out among the students and teachers of the Alexandre Bóveda Institute, the pedagogical socio-architectural project A Vila do Mañá and the Research Group on Architectural Composition and Heritage (GICAP) of the University of A Coruña.

El barrio vigués de Coia figura desde hoy entre las realizaciones urbanas y arquitectónicas singulares y destacables del mundo. La Bienal Iberoamericana de Arquitectura y Urbanismo, organizada en esta edición en Lima (Perú), ha premiado al proyecto de apuesta por su configuración urbana, historia y potencial realizado entre los alumnos y profesores del instituto Alexandre Bóveda, el proyecto socioarquitectónico pedagógico A Vila do Mañá y el Grupo de Investigación en Composición Arquitectónica y Patrimonio (GICAP) de la Universidad de A Coruña.
